Velká Morava Apartment House

The Velká Morava Apartment House is being created through the reconstruction of an original building in the village of Dolní Morava. It is an intimate recreational property that respects the character of the location and the original form of the house. The original masonry section retains its traditional identity, while the adjoining part is treated in a contemporary way – clean, functional and with a strong connection to the surrounding mountain landscape.

The design envisions an apartment-house use with shared spaces, parking and outdoor areas tied to individual units. A key strength of the project is the combination of a rural atmosphere, modern architecture and a location that has long ranked among the most sought-after recreational areas in the Czech Republic.
