We work from land acquisition through architectural and project preparation to construction and handover. We focus on residential and mountain apartment developments, with strong respect for the local context.
Development is a standalone specialisation within the group: it sources sites, prepares projects and manages their economics. When it makes sense it brings Construction, Real Estate and Windows in early so that the project is feasible, sellable and technically well-resolved.
