Kouty nad Desnou: a new mountain location in the portfolio
After Bělá we are extending the mountain portfolio with a second Jeseníky destination. Kouty is aimed at year-round use next to the ski resort.
HWG Development confirmed the acquisition of land in Kouty nad Desnou. The location will complement the mountain portfolio with a second Jeseníky destination, this time with a direct connection to the ski area and the Praděd ridge route.
Architectural preparation is at an early stage; the project is aimed at year-round use. We expect to release visualisations during 2026.
