Four HWG divisions: strong on their own, in tune together

HWG Group stands on four divisions: Development, Construction, Real Estate and Windows. Each has its own responsibility, its own type of clients and an independent commercial role. That matters especially for construction and windows, where external work is not a side activity but a natural part of how we operate.

At the same time the group benefits from the fact that the individual parts can talk to each other from the very first consideration. Development handles the site and the product, Construction protects feasibility and quality of detail, Real Estate works with the offer and the client phase, and Windows enter the technical brief before it ends up being solved on site.

The result is not a closed internal system but a more practical model of cooperation. The client can pick one specific service, or use the broader connection across the group wherever that makes sense for the project.
